I had trouble finding a vitamin D that worked well for me. I do regular blood work because I'm a health nut weirdo :D Previously I tried two other brands, and I made sure to take them with walnuts so they would be fat for better absorption. But, still my vitamin D levels for not where they should be. One of these nature-wise vegan vitamin D3 125 mg per day works perfectly. And because it contains the oil, I don't have to worry about eating fat with it. With these, my blood levels are fine.

I’m very sensitive to D3 supplements for some reason, and found that most D3’s are derived from Lanolin (sheep’s wool), which apparently is the reason i get massive headaches from D3…This version is made from Lichen and has given me zero issues. Great supplement

Cost effective and does the job. Moving towards everything organic that I ingest because some artificial colors destroy my colon.

This is similar to other vitamin D products that I purchased before however, I did like the size of the capsule compared to my previous vitamin d. I also like that I don’t have to take 10 tablets in order to get the amount that is needed.

Nice to find a vegan product. Easy to swallow and leaves no taste

I wanted to wait and see how my blood tests come out in November. What I like about these vitamins is that they don't make me nauseous and seem to be easy on my stomach.
