These arrived poorly packaged and covered with a powdery residue which has been hard to get rid of. They also smell awful.

I have suffered from plantar fasciitis, bone spurs, and general foot pain for DECADES. I have never used a product that works as good as this one. Instead of my heel bone feeling like it’s going to break through my skin, it feels supported and padded. These are thin so you THINK they’ll be another bad product but they are amazing! They help me complete whatever I need to complete throughout my day. My feet are very messed up and the fact that I can finish anything I start AND keep going, even if my feet start to hurt, it’s mild pain, not excruciating. You can’t even tell you have them on, either. I even wear a pair to bed so when I get up at night, I have some support, instead of my feet hurting the whole time I’m awake. One day, my feet hurt before I even got up so I knew it would be a tough day. I decided to try TWO layers and it worked! Even more comfort and I still wore my socks and tied my shoe, as usual. You can’t even tell they are on! This doesn’t MAGICALLY make your feet perfect - hurt feet are hurt feet! However, this product does everything it says it will and it really does feel fantastic. Also, SO easy to wash! I had been rinsing them in warm water and then spraying them with some alcohol spray or hydrogen peroxide and laying them out to dry, but today I threw them in my washing machine (NOT the dryer), and they did great! This wasn’t a recommended washing method, just something it tried. Finally, I’m buying a second set so I have a pair to wear each day and I plan on throwing them in the laundry at night, just as I would socks.

I ordered these to treat Achilles tendonitis developed from walking long distances over hilly ground. Amazon did a great job with the delivery. Odered on a Saturday and delivered the next day, Sunday. The package included four pairs, two clear and two black. They were very stretchy, and I imagine would fit over anyone's foot. Initially fit snuggly, but after several uses stretched a little and were more likely to shift during walking. Still usable however. Although thin, they provided great support. I could feel the weight of my heel being transferred laterally through the silicone. Initially I wore a pair on both feet under my socks, but after a few days just under the problem heel. Worked fine. They are thin enough not to throw off your stride. The silicone is very sticky. I washed them everyday and applied baby powder, which I recommend. Because they are so sticky and thin, they are difficult to apply without fold overs and wrinkles, but once in place tended to remain good for the day. The problem resolved itself after a week of use. I recommend them.

Both my husband and i had issues with our feet.He had badly cracked heels and i have plantar fasciitis along with heel spurs and other foot issues and pain. The package of 4 pairs in 2 colors seemed perfect as we wouldn't get them confused, and the price was really quite reasonable. We both sat down when we received our package and soaked our feet with epsom salts and cleaned & dried thoroughly.Next we used a small foot care kit to buff the feet and wash again. Then placed the product on each of our feet and within 18 hours, his feet were no longer cracked nor sore! Amazing results and value!! The price point was great! 4 pair for under $10.00 seemed too good to be true!! Highly recommended this product for sore, cracked heels!
