Items ABCDEG MISSING. Very disappointed.

This product has so much potential. Unfortunately, we tried twice to get a fully intact net, and both times the plastic connectors on the base frame were broken. There’s virtually no packaging to protect more fragile parts. The heavy metal poles just bang around and shatter the plastic pieces. I tried taping the broken part, but it won’t work long term and not worth the price point. We really liked everything about this product—size, stability, and most of the materials.Unlike others that mentioned great customer service and quickly provided replacement parts, I got virtually no response from the company. After making me provide photos, order confirmations, and product id numbers, I was told there was nothing they could do. They don’t keep the parts I needed in stock. No solution was provided other than to return the net for a second time. Very disappointing. Quickplay probably shouldn’t include a flyer in every box that gives their contact info/asks you not to return the product/they will fix any issue, when in reality you’ll just be sending it back anyway.

A peice was broken upon arrival but I was still able to set it up, so didn't feel the need to go through the hassel of exchanging. It's fairly easy to set up and extremely easy to take down. It's light weight enough for one person to move it around. I was shocked it held up as great as it did.
