I finally bought this massage machine having seen it on Amazon a year or two ago. I first used a massage machine very similar to this one maybe 10 years ago, when I was on holiday and I remember being amazed by it. I was thinking that it was better than a human massage, as you could use the massage chair as many times as you like. I knew if I had the chance to buy something like it and it would be in my price range, I would take the leap as an investment for my well-being. So when I spotted these massage machines being sold on amazon a year or two ago it brought back many memories. I went through all the reviews from all the machines and this specific Rotai brand and model came out on top for me, in terms of the reviews compared to others, it having all the features and being cost effective compared to other ones that were a 3D version. This was important as the research I did was that with 3D massage machines, they were more versatile and move in three dimensions, up and down, side to side, and in and out. Rather than 2D massage machines that only move in two dimensions, up and down and side to side. Rotai have also been around since 1997, so that is 27 years , which is another reason I chose this brand. I was concerned if the machine would fit through the door, as I measured only 2cm extra space I had for one of the three doors it had to go through, when looking at the dimension size on amazon, but luckily it did fit through the door. I got the service paid for on Amazon, to get it through the door, installed and set up. Once I got in it and tried it out, I remember hoping it would be as good as the massage machine I tried 10 years ago and if it would be strong enough. It was as good if not better and it is strong enough. You have a couple of covers on top of the seat that allows the rollers to be gentler and you can wear a jumper or two to make it even more gentler or you can flip over the Rotai cover (photo) so the rollers have less fabric between your back and the rollers, which gives a stronger massage, which is what I preferred. Other older family members that tried it would do it with the covers on to make the rollers gentler and they all loved the experience. Each family member gave the massage machine 10 out of 10, one family member gave it 11/10, all of them had a smile on their face that got bigger, the longer the minutes on the massage session went on. Once you experience the massage machine, you will want to get one. For me, I believe that it is important to have one in the home, just as it is important to have any other appliance like a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer or any other household appliance. This gave me the motivation to take the leap and buy the massage machine after initially seeing it being sold on amazon and I am very happy with it, especially all the different settings and automatic programmes on the machine, including being able to use all or only specific functionalities that you require when using the manual mode. Upon sitting into the machine and starting it, the first thing that came to mind was the comfort of the chair and that it felt like a chair from a sci-fi film , with the robotics and all the movements going on at the same time. You cannot help to smile and laugh once it gets to work because it is so surreal and amazing all at the same time. At first I used the automatic programmes and the airbags all work on the arms, legs and shoulders, your able to increase and decrease the force of the airbags, while this is going on, the rollers beneath the feet are going over pressure points under the feet, all while the rollers are working up and down your back, going all the way down to the buttocks and back up to the neck again. It is all something that has to be experienced to understand just how good it is. There is also a manual mode where you can choose which airbags to use, along with the force, turn on the rollers, the heat can be turned on, along with different massage modes on the rollers, from tapping, kneading, shiatsu and a mixture of all of them, the speed can also be adjusted. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and it’s a worthwhile investment for the health and well-being of myself and family. It has a two year warranty and it can be extended through amazon, I will always have one of these in the home from now on, just like any other essential household appliance. To think people spend £1000+ on mobile phones these days, makes this ROTAI – RT 6891 massage chair, an even more of a worthwhile investment for me.

My father has had a massage chair for 20 years which all our family loved. I was tempted to buy myself one from a well-known discount store last December. Thankfully, I didn't bwecause the Rotai chair is 1/3rd of the price of the one I was looking at and it is as good, if not better. I have had the Rotai chair for a few months now and it is fantastic. It feels made with high-quality materials and it has so many options with many automated pre-set massages including energise, recover and relax as well as manual mode that covers kneading, tapping, compression and shiatsu. You can customise the strength, speed ,width and length of the massage. The zero-gravity option is great. It takes you to an almost horizontal position. And, you can stretch out your legs - something other massage chairs I've tried couldn't do. Everyone who sits in the chair falls in love with it. My son said it is the best thing I've ever bought. I love the integrated bluetooth speakers enabling you to listen to your favourite audio. I have to say that the customer support matches the quality of the chair. Outstanding! Emily followed up on my purchase and answered all of my questions. It's good to know when spending quite a large sum of money that, should you have any difficulties, the vendor will help you out. And, if there is a fault, they'll send someone round to help. Simply the best customer service I've encountered anywhere. So, if you're looking for a high-quality massage chair, you won't go wrong with this one. Outstanding chair for an outstanding price with outstanding customer service. If I could give 6-stars for this chair, I would.

The message chair is great! It arrives assembled so perfect for someone that can use it on the ground floor. We did have to disassemble and reassemble it so it was more difficult but not overly complicated. The videos showing how to take apart the arms could be done better as it was sped up without a focus on the parts. Now onto the actual massage chair. The flexibility in the programs is great and you can manually control the various parts (airbags, roller and body region). The material feels luxurious and the speakers and the extendable footrest is great bonuses. The only critique i would give is that on standard setting, the hip area can be quite forceful and this could be fixed easily if the cover went all the way down. But obviously, you can just adjust the force on the remote as well. Well worth the money overall.

I’ve had this chair for about a month already and I’m absolutely in love with it. It is by far my fave purchase recently and has NOT let me down at all. Firstly the delivery was very swift and even helped get the rather large package into my house which was very kind and unexpected so I was already impressed. The set up was easy after understanding the instructions so that was also fine. But I’m most impressed by the wide range of features and modes included with the chair. It has been an absolute treat after a long day and it is so comforting! My muscles are so rested after some solid kneading and rubs by this chair, it even has a heating function to keep me warm in the winter. This would be a great gift for those you think need a break or some well deserved massages!

Tried and tested this massage chair at my brothers house and fell in love with it so I ordered one. His was black and wouldn't have gone with the decor in my room so luckily there was a grey one which I ordered and at a discounted price. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated after a 30 minute session and use it at least 3 times a day. I've tried all the settings and my favourite is the neck and shoulders. It's been a good investment for me as it's a massage in your own home.

I found there are some scratches on the back of the machine. But it is big items I don’t know how to return or exchange as I don’t want to waste more time to settle it I feel upset about this

So the ROTAI Massage Chair arrived allot earlier than originally predicted (was predicted after Christmas) but actually arrived before so kudos to that! I wasn't there to see delivery but apparently it was a tricky item to get through the door (do look at size guidelines before buying haha) but it manages to get into house eventually and was straight forward to put the parts such as foot rest together. First impression upon seeing it was that it's big! A bit bigger than your regular sofa in the lounge! The material and general feel of the chair just feels like premium it doesn't feel cheap and look like it will fall apart, which I'd expect with the price. Its very comfortable to sit on, I wouldn't say you could lounge in it all day as after all it is a massage chair. It's fairly straight forward to use with the controls being pretty easy to understand for anyone giving you a wide variety of massage techniques. I would say the shiatsu is my favourite mode as it feels the gentlest. I'd follow what the instructions say that if your new to the massage world then start of with little sessions and gentle massages otherwise your muscles and back WILL feel it, learn from me. Overall I think this product is pretty good for what it's intended for, I had a sore back after work, sat in the chair for 30 minutes, got up and what was a sore back was no more. To really benefit from the product I would highly recommend following the instructions, overuse will yield no benefits. Zero Gravity function is pretty cool that with the Bluetooth speakers listening to calm music whilst the airbags are compressing your body it's rather easy to fall asleep as its that relaxing! Very happy with the product, it's definetly a talking point looking forward to using it more and more!
