will this include the hing holes also or just the shelf holes in picture, i want hing and shel holes on one jig for euro style cabinets

What you see in the picture is what they send. I'm not entirely sure if the 5 holes at the front edge are spaced to accommodate hinges or not. They are much too far apart for a pair of holes, but might be a placement guide for the first hole at the top or bottom.

What is this jig made out of?

It is made of either some sort of tough plastic or resin. If you buy the correct bits for it, they never waller out the sides and stop at the perfect depth. I am pleased with mine.
