Ive had mine a yr and use it often at church. No noise. Works great.

What is the warranty and how do you contact olde midway? i do not see either in the owner's manual and after three months, the unit is down.

If you bought the warranty, you should be able to contact Midway for a replacement.

Unable to connect the lid, there are two front mounts and two back mounts, the back mounts are missing?

Yes, I believe there are 4 plastic corners that all screw in :( Can you zoom in on picture? Not home to see in person but i know the glass is pretty secure
