I highly recommend this probiotic; it's absolutely amazing! It helps regulate your vaginal pH and prevents infections, and it also benefits your digestive and immune systems. I love this product!

I have tried all of the varieties of the align probiotics. I did not realize this time I ordered one for vaginal wellness, so I laughed when I got it. I use them primarily for bloating, gas and digestion. This last bottle I got works just as well as the others. There is one small drawback to them, in that it does keep you regular but sometimes it makes your stool very watery. Not all the time, and I will stick with align probiotics, because I would rather be regular. So far, this is the only brand product. I have tried that is consistent in how it works.
