Love this faucet. It’s the perfect combination of modern and antique. The brass finish is stunning and the features make cleaning so much easier.

Stay away from this faucet. I wish I could return but it’s the only 8” spread bridge faucet w/ pull down sprayer I could find ANYWHERE so I’m stuck with this poorly made faucet. Water pressure is awful, though was fine with previous faucet, and a the sprayer piece arrived broken. Thankfully the warranty did quickly ship out a replacement piece. However they were pretty unhelpful when I tried to ask questions regarding how it should be functioning and for troubleshooting, and everything is through email with very blunt and impersonal responses, not a fan. It does look nice, but that’s about its only redeeming quality. My previous Pfister faucet was leagues better and their customer service top notch… worth the extra $.

I like the versatility of this faucet. I do not like that the nozzle has a little spring back when you swing it from side to side. If you want accurate placement you have to grab the solid part of the swing arm and twist with your srist.

We’ve had the matte black version of this faucet for a few years and it looks & works great. Love the classic bridge style, spray feature, and price point.

There's very little water flow out of this faucet. I called support number and was told someone would call me back, but 5 days later, still no call back.

UPDATED… A YEAR LATER AND THE BRONZE IS WEARING OFF…LOOKS TERRIBLE. 😣 Exactly what we were looking for, and definitely exceeded expectations as far as quality. Easy to install. Packaged well for shipping. Excellent customer service (box was missing a small screw). I would absolutely buy this again if needed…heavy/substantial, functional and attractive.

There was some kind of obstruction inside the neck. I started a return then cancelled being this was the only one available. I paid a plumber 175.00 to bore it out successfully.

This is missing gasket piece and a screw for one of the knobs. Was obvious the package had been opened before and repackaged. Not happy have a plumper here to put in and now don’t have a faucet to put in!
