Got a free cat thar showed up! He has problems. He has ulcers on his tongue. We have him on Vet care and out Vet said to get very soft food for him. He loves these and they work. He loves the litter box also!

Great inexpensive way to get my senior cat to take a crushed up pill instead of shoving it down his throat. Too traumatic for an old cat. Each packet lasts for 4-6 pill doses. Just mixed the crushed pill in about a teaspoon of the liquid treat.

My senior cat has blood pressure problems which have led to her partial loss of vision. Her vet has prescribed a liquid medicine which I could not get her to eat/drink no matter what I did until I found the Lil Shakes salmon. She drinks every drop every day which is amazing. I don't worry about her any more. I would add that if I have a partial pack that has been in the refrigerator, she will not eat it. Now I take the pack out of the frig a couple of hours before her medicine time and she takes it all.

I'm with the other reviews. Something changed and my 2 cats don't like these ones much so I'll have to go to the pet store to find the original ones. I get so sick of companies changing formulas when it was great before. Such a hassle for us!

Although cats love the taste, it is not a substitute for nutritional food. It does add calories and usually works for picky eaters as a topper.
