Durable and easy to use
It’s a lovely aida, durable and quite stiff, it’s super easy to count your stitches on. The size of it means you can use it for multiple medium or small projects, and the color is very uniform. Great value for money.

Good value an quality.
Crisp, clean color, even all over. The fabric has a nice stiffness without feeling too rigid, and takes thread easily without having to apply much pressure to the needle. It doesn't fray much from handling. The size is incredible for the price. I cut it up into smaller pieces for multiple projects. Can't imagine what I would have paid to buy individual pieces in smaller sizes.

Good quality
This was a great find for me. Since our local sew/craft store closed, we have limited options for crafting supplies. Having this delivered at a reasonable price was a bonus for me! I appreciate the stiff quality of the fabric, making it easier to stitch. Now, on to projects!

Good quality
Nice and big aida cloth. Measured to size. Feel a bit stiff out of the bag but soften a lot after soaking in water and vinegar.

Not the easiest to work with
I’m finding the green Aida cloth challenging to work with, because some of the holes are barely visible, so I feel like I’m poking multiple times to find the right place where it seems the hole should be. Sometimes this results in having to unstitch and restitch because where I thought the hole was is slightly off. This slows me down considerably. I’m not sure if it’s just the green (maybe something to do with the dye?), since many others have been satisfied with this product. I will probably go back to DMC brand, as it seems to be of more consistent, higher quality and easier to use. It’s more expensive but possibly a case of “you get what you pay for.”

Worth it
Good weave. Held stitches wonderfully and minimal fraying. Don’t buy lesser brands, you’ll be sorry. The color is nice and even though out.

Beskrivningen stämmer och tyget är rakt beskuret. Kommer dock ihopvikt istället för rullat så var beredd på att behöva stryka det ordentligt. Färgen är ordentligt svart, ser ljusare ut på bild pga belysningen i rummet.

Colour is exactly as pictured!

I bought this because I needed a longer piece of 18-count black aida for a project and couldn't find any local options. I was a bit leery about it because some of the reviews suggested that it was smelly or poorly cut/woven, but I was relieved to receive exactly what I ordered -- no odours at all, and the weave is nice and even. It's about as stiff as any other aida I've used; I had no trouble getting it into a hoop, and it softened up somewhat as I started to work with it. My only complaint is that it came folded rather than rolled-up, and the creases from that were super-deep. That one issue aside, this is good fabric at a very good price, and I'll definitely buy it again if I need more with these specific dimensions for another project.

I'm a little confused by some reviews saying their pieces were stiff in the beginning because mine certainly isn't. It's actually a lot softer than I expected as I've mostly used DMC's aida fabric before. Very nice to hold, easy to move around. My only concern is that it isn't exactly 18 ct, more like 17? I needed to actually count out my stitched when I first set it up rather than relying on a ruler. It's pretty tightly woven so it can be hard to see where I need to put my needle and, since it's so soft, it's kind of easy to leave large hole unintentionally if you pull to hard (stretching the holes). I've started getting used to it and I know it's going to be a pretty piece either way. I may try to buy a larger count to see if it's similar but, all in all, it's a pretty good product for the price! EDIT: I have bought more and think I've solved the mystery of why some say theirs is stiff and others don't. I think the darker colours are stiff, while the lighter ones are much softer. Why? I have no idea, but I have purchased the tan and light green one that were super soft, but the dark green was very stiff. I'm happy either way!
