Packaging: Shipped in a Amazon brown small box and the contents were in a branded white box. Comes with both small bottles and instructions. Product Impressions: READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Got Lasik a few days ago and they have been wonderful. Yes, they are supposed to be milky white colored and are preservative free. I recommend using these for a week BEFORE Lasik, the day of Lasik, and for a MONTH AFTER Lasik. They feel refreshing in my eyes and have been instrumental for the healing process. Usability: Works well for my use of pre/post Lasik "maintenance" drops. Overall Thoughts: Great and effective drops for Lasik and highly recommend them to others looking for safe and nourishing drops! Just be sure to check "Good By" date as you may get some that are close to expiration. Mine were luckily a year out from expiring and will continue to use them as I heal! **Edit 1 Month Post Op: Drops are a life saver. They give instant relief and make my eyes feel so much better and cool. I bought two more packs! Will continue to use for another month or so as needed! **Edit 2 Months Post Op: Eyes have fully recovered and the drops aren't needed as much as before however they are still recommended at least twice daily according to my optometrist. These still feel great and I use one small bottle every 1.5-2 weeks now as I do the drops more than twice a day as needed. 11/10 would recommend. **Edit 3 Months Post Op: Eyes aren't dry much anymore even though I use a screen all day for work and at night for gaming. I mainly only use them now as directed by the doctor but I only really need them in the morning when I wake up and 10-20 mins before bed. They really give good instant moisture and relief! **Edit 4 Months Post Op: Vision is still clear and is 20/15 in both eyes. Thanks to these drops, the doc told me my dryness is completely gone and any residual dryness is gone as well. I only need to use these drops 2-4 times a day as needed but it's just part of my normal routine. Great product as I just purchased more today! **Last Edit 5 Months Post Op (October 2024): Vision is still great- 20/15. Drops have cleared my dry eye and doc visits are perfect. I buy a set of these drops about every 1 1/2 - 2 months now as I use it 2 times daily and more as needed since I use a computer a lot. Great formula, instant relief. Thankful I have had these.

These drops are amazing. They are easy to use and are not viscous like the other lubricating eye drops I've tried. They helped clear up the halo I saw around lights while driving at night. In fact, they worked so well and helping my dry eyes, that I actually had an adjustment headache because of how much it improved my sight. I will definitely buy these again, they are well worth the money. The bottle is also small enough that I can easily fit it in my purse to take with me anywhere.

Love this drop!!! I keep it in the refrigerator so when I put it in my eye it’s cold. So refreshing and helps the dryness in my eyes. The best thing is that it’s preservative free.

The product is great. It does exactly what it proposes to do. No complaints at all for efficacy. The problem is with the applicator/bottle. I noticed a previously posted review complaining about the bottle wasting drops and the designer should be fired. Valid complaint; but I bet it went just the other way. The unavoidable waste produced by the bottle is a stroke of profit-enhancing genius. As Amazon notes (and their arithmetic is correct), this product is coming at a price $26.46 per ounce. That's about $622.48 per 8 oz. cup ($2489.92 per quart, $9959.68 per gallon). If you are careful, you can put one drop in one eye, and carry that little half-drop over to make another drop in the other eye. But then you have that second little half-drop to shake off. Imagine how much you're gaining in sales volume if you can have, say, 20% or so of your product go to waste (that's about $1.99 per each bottle). It is an annoyance that this product is not dispensed in a regular eye-dropper bottle, like the Gel Drops. No workaround. But still a very good product.

These eye drops have been a lifesaver for dry, tired eyes. I use them especially after long screen days, and they provide noticeable relief without stinging. I really appreciate that they’re preservative-free and gentle enough for frequent use. They feel soothing and effective, and I always keep a bottle nearby now.

I wear both glasses and prescription contact lenses and this product allows you to use without having to take out your lenses and you have no irritation to eyes if you use without having or with wearing contact lenses. It’s small in size which helps if you carry on-the-go like me; great keeping easy moisture; would buy again in a heartbeat; follow instructions and it lasts before having to re-up; so worth the price. I was recommended to use by my eye doctor and I enjoy using this product

These are very lubricating and long lasting. I use rx drops for extreme dry eye but frankly these work better. They aren’t a typical eye drop bottle and can be a little frustrating to get a drop out but once you get used to it it’s good and so much better than the individual dropper vials. It’s a gel so doesn’t evaporate immediately and is priced right for the 2 bottles.

My ophthalmologist recommended these drops for treating dry eyes, and I guess they work ok - I don't find them better or worse than any other drops that I've used. The problem is that it's almost impossible to put the drops in your eyes without half or more dribbling down your face. I have not experienced this with other drops that have the classic design dropper bottle. The design of this bottle is not good. The drops come out of a dome-shaped opening with a hole in the middle. The bottle is soft, and you have to give it a hard squeeze in order to get the drops out, which results with too much coming out. I have found that I have to be lying on my back with my head perfectly horizontal in order to have a chance for the drops to actually hit my eye. In addition, the directions have you waste a drop before each application. I don't know what it is about the dispenser, but it ends up in wasting a lot of the fluid, and given how expensive the drops are, it is not worth it. I will be switching to a different drop.

Great preservative-free drops not in single-use vials. Delivery was fast and good. Happy with the service.

my experience with this product it great, my eyes are affected from the AC, sand, long hours in the laptop and I have dry eyes, this product is helping me a lot to remove the discomfort of dried eyes, after I use it feel good, is coming in a small bottle that you will get one drop at the time.
