The detector work excellent but only had to scuba dive to 12 ft to find a wedding ring in 3 inches of silt in very poor visibility

This didnt work as expected. After about an hour it wouldn't work any longer. I changed batteries, dried it out but never would work again. Waste of money

Went through two of them. New batteries tightened the caps on both very well. They worked great for about 35 mins and then started spazzing out. Swapped batteries and would even turn back on.(and Yes I know how they turn on and off) I have videos of all of it. Unboxing and everything. Don’t waste your money on this brand. I really did wish it was reliable because the size of it is very convenient ..Plus it kinda ruined both trips to the beach and springs not being able to go for the reason I drove for hours away for. I’m sure some of them work for people but I’m not going to be getting a 3rd one. Same one that man vs river uses and it had good reviews.. idk maybe it’s just my luck.

I wanted a small, lite machine for the river, my sea hunt mark 2 shoots to the earths core and I dig it all, lol. This little this is perfect for the lime stone bed of the shallow river I hunt. I can snorkel or sit comfortably and hunt, its so nice. It finds a lot of targets, leaves out some trash, a small fine wire spring. Coins, bullets, weights, and of course pulls tabs are all easy targets. My gf said it was like hunting by brail! Loves the buzzer and she found the gold dabloon. Hers will be here tomorrow, the neighbor had so much fun I will order a 3rd for guests on payday. Pretty good fun for the money. Only negative is the arrows are hard to see under water. Other than that, get one and have fun.

I took this metal detector, snorkeling, five different days for an hour at a time or more each time. I’m still on the same battery 19 V battery it turns on and off exactly as explained. I left mine on the whole time that I was in the water didn’t find any diamond rings or Spanish coins ha! However, I did find metal objects it’s kind of astounding when you think about the square footage hundreds of thousands of square feet of sand on the bottom of the ocean the chances of you running into even a bottle cap difficult to calculate…. It was a lot of fun felt like we were on a treasure hunt and the nice part about it is while you’re snorkeling you’re looking for shells and you’re looking at fish and you’re looking at your beautiful surroundings. You don’t have to pay attention to the metal detector. You just let that sweep back-and-forth… you don’t need to watch it because when it vibrates it wakes you up and let’s you know that it just hit on something and so you don’t have to miss the beauty while you’re sweeping hoping that the metal detector finds some thing. pretty perfect!! I think it’s very well-made. It seems tough and sturdy. I actually used it sort of like a spoon to pop something up out of the sand and let some children on the beach play with it and they found some bottle caps and felt good about cleaning up the beach 🙂very nice. What a lifesaver. We lost an expensive wedding ring in 4 feet of lake water about 2 1/2 weeks ago. We thought it would be a long shot, but we bought this detector and I tell you it did its job. We located that ring under 3 inches of sand within about 30 minutes of starting our search. Talk about saving the day, month and year. Cannot say enough about this product.

I was really excited to try out this metal detector and start my treasure-hunting adventure. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I had hoped. The first one I received stopped working within 30 minutes of use. While I appreciated the quick replacement, the second unit was even worse—it didn't work at all. I tried three brand-new batteries, and still, nothing. It never even got close to the water, let alone detecting anything. It was incredibly disappointing, especially since I was so eager to explore and maybe find some hidden treasure. I had high hopes for this product, but after two faulty units, I’ve decided to try a different brand for my next metal detecting adventure. Hopefully, I'll have better luck elsewhere.

I bought this device and the first time I put it in the water it flooded with water, I put it to dry did what I could but the device never worked again, maybe I was unlucky to get a faulty one but I can not return as I only had a few days on Amazon to return and I used it after the date of return.

I used the product for 30 minutes and found it to be quite responsive, however, it flooded and is now completely useless. I have been in the marine business for 15 years so I know how to make something water tight. Complete waste of 122dollars +shipping cost.
