Sans Sucre Gluten Free and Sugar Free Classic Blondie Brownie Mix, 16 Ounce

SO good! More like cake than a brownie but that’s exactly what I wanted. Baked up taller than picture too. I’ll be keeping this stocked in my pantry.

I was worried this product would have a bad after taste, but it was really good. The Brownies are very dense so they fill you up pretty quickly.

This mix was great. Someone in my family is limiting sugar in their diet and can't eat gluten, so we served these brownies when they came over. Usually I serve fruit, but feel guilty that I don't have something better to serve while the rest of us are enjoying a more decadent dessert. There just aren't any desserts out there that are gluten free and sugar free (I've looked!). So, glad I found these brownies! They were a big hit. The family member really liked and appreciated them. We added a little dollop of sugar free whip cream and it was a nice sweet treat. So, glad I could make them feel included. A few of the other people at dinner tried and also liked them. We had a little bit leftover and I polished them off the next day, nibbling throughout the day while I was working around the house. Tasty!

There is kind of a grainy texture to these brownies. Very difficult to mix. Heavy and sticky. Doesn’t flow out in the pan very well.

It very much has a spongy, soft texture to it that mirrors the denseness of a normal glutenous chocolate brownie. The after-taste is very nice, though you can of course tell it is sugar free (thank God), as it's not overly sweet. I found cooking it a little longer than the box says kept it from being too doughy, also adding some pecan chips over the top gave it a really nice texture!

So freakin' awful. No taste at all, except for a overly sweet aftertaste. No actual flavor. And the gummy texture. So sorry I wasted the handful of chocolate chips I added at the end - they could've lived a much more useful life. Please don't get this. So many better SF / GF options out there. Broccoli for dessert would be better.

Being on a gluten free, sugar free and dairy free diet due to medical issues has put a lot of limits on what products I can use. This brownie mix exceeded my expectations. I've been disappointed at lot in the past by other products from various companies. This mix was easy to make, the taste was outstanding and it did not shoot my sugar levels up. I now keep a box or two of this brownie mix in my pantry, because you never know when you will get a craving for brownies.

I liked the taste, but it was gritty. Perhaps I should have beaten it longer. It also gave me gastrointestinal problems, but that's just me.
