My family was refusing to take the zinc supplements I had bought at the store - they were choking on them. These are much smaller and have a slick coating. Hooray!

I picked this up because I am always in need of zinc. These days I can't take a risk of getting sick so I always try to take Zinc to boost my immune system, especially if I feel a bit under the weather. I have had good luck with this brand and also this product. Will likely pick up more in the future once this bottle is gone.
