We were surprised with the quality of these nice cups. They are actually large enough for me to indulge in my morning black tea. I do not drink coffee so I need a larger cup of black tea to get going in the morning. :) This is exactly what I was looking for. And now I have enough of them to put them in the dishwasher and don't run out. Nice colors, good quality. I also like that they are not a matte finish. They feel nice when you pick them up and the handle fits my hand. There are also not too heavy, considering for how big they are.

I like very big mugs of tea and, sadly, my two favorite mugs got broken over the holidays. I spent way too long looking for replacements before finding these. I wanted something pretty, not huge looking, and something sturdy but not too heavy. I was willing to spend a lot more than this but couldn’t find the right one. I was probably being too Goldilocks about it, but drinking tea in the late afternoon is a really nice part of my life and I just wanted to use a nice mug. This set is great. I love the mugs, everyone else in the house (who, when consulted during my search, professed not to care) loves them. The scale is great, the handle is easy to hold, the thin lip works really well, the blues are all pretty, everything. They fit in the dishwasher, hold a lot of tea. So, if you are undergoing a similar search, I can’t control for your specific preferences but I can say, these are good and well worth the money.

I'm a snob when it comes to coffee cups, and these are so cool. 22 ounces is a great size for my morning brew. They're well made, so cute, I want more! Seriously, highly recommended.

I'm in love with these coffee mugs! The colors are just so pretty and the size is perfect for my large cup of morning coffee. The handle is a comfortable size also. These cups do not stain in the interior and do well in the dishwasher. They are still relatively new, but no chips so far. What's really amazing is the handle does not overheat in the microwave if you need to re-warm your coffee. Really, these are that perfect!!

UPDATE: I've increased the rating, since I gave this set of mugs to my male friend. He seemed very pleased. I saw in his house that he's using them. They fit his large male hand great. He's never had porcelain mugs before, so he's delighted that spoons won't leave those gray marks like with ceramic. But if I had it to do over, I'd choose slightly smaller mugs, and with fewer of them in the set. Still, the colors of these are so pretty, and that makes them awesome. PROS: These cafe cups arrived in perfect condition, that I can tell, expertly packaged. They are beautiful, like the picture shows. The colors seem true to the picture, except maybe the white, which seems in between white and cream, in person. CONS: They're supposed to be 15 oz cups, when in fact they easily hold 16 ounces, with room to spare. These are 16 oz cups, IMO. The handle is also too large top to bottom, and sticks out a bit too much. There's too much room in that space w/in the handle. All 4 of my non-thumb fingers fit easily and loosely, and my thumb couldn't get as good a grip on the cup rim as it should. These cups are made for a man's big hands and fingers, not my smaller female hands. Because I can't get control of the mug easily, it feels very heavy and unsteady, even though it weighs less than my other mugs. I also have concerns about the manufacturing quality. At the bottom of the two mugs I looked at, there was a speck of sharp porcelain or something sticking out a tiny bit, such that it would scratch a table. I've had porcelain cups for decades & have never seen that. Although I use coasters, that makes me wonder about the manufacturing quality. There shouldn't be bits of porcelain sticking out on the bottom. They also don't say "porcelain" on the bottom, like most porcelain mugs. Not all mugs do, but most do. I'd understand or expect these issues with cheap mugs, but these mugs weren't cheap. I have cheap porcelain mugs that seem higher quality than these. These are a gift, so I might return or exchange, since I want a gift to be of good quality and comfortable for the user. I'll update to inform whether I gave this set as the gift, and whether he liked them. He has larger hands, so he may find the handles comfortable.

I just received these, so can't speak to longevity, but they arrived in good shape and are beautiful. I love the color variety and they look just like the picture. The handle is big and easy to grip. The bottom is wide and it sits solid on the table, so it won't be easy to tip it over. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This is the second set of these I've purchased! Perfect size , sturdy and comfortable to hold.

Cups are about 250ml and not 425ml.Ordinary porcelain cups. Not worth 5 grand. Sent back.
