Finally! I had previously ordered what I thought I needed, but this is what I really needed for a 2000 BMW 323i E46. This is for the Trunk emblem and it is slightly smaller than the hood emblem (and so are the grommets). We had tried everything to get those other ones to fit, but finally decided to toss them and by these new ones. They popped right in and the whole thing was done in 60 seconds. I have included a picture to better show the size. Hope this helps!

Needed a pair of new grommet plugs for my BMW rear trunk since my old ones wore out and broke and the ones everywhere are the big black one that are way to loose and don’t fit at all. There are honestly perfect and they fit snug in the holes and was able to pop a new Emblem back in without any issues. Genuine grommets & would recommend these!

These fit really well on my 04 325i. Make sure that you press as hard as you can to get these in. Maybe even a little lubricant if it’s tough for you.
