Est-ce que c'est possible d'envoyer la pièce manquée ou je fais le retour de marchandise ?

The quality of the fabrication is great, but it has serious design issues, for example, there is no way the headrest stay in a fixed position if you lay down all the head weight the headrest gonna move the clip isn't enough to keep the headrest locked, so there is no point on that clip. But beyond that point everything else is fine.

This headrest is priced like an official Herman Miller product, which is to say it's expensive for what is essentially just a fancy headrest. That said, this is going to be the best option if you do want a headrest, and working from home and spending time gaming in my chair outside of work, I can see this definitely being worth it in the long run for the extra support. The quality of the headrest is good and, importantly, the materials and colours do match the chair, as does the great adjustability. The headrest does move slightly when using it normally if you lean back hard, but can be tightened if needed. There's a very slight unevennesses to the way the material on my headrest is suspended, but it's not noticeable unless you really pay close attention and doesn't affect the comfort in any way.

The headrest is easy to install. The color matches my mineral colored Aeron Remastered Size B perfectly, and while the mesh feels like a different material than the chair, it is comfortable and matches visually perfectly. The only issue I have with the product is the looseness of tension on the adjustment forward and back that it comes from the factory with. It is necessary to tighten both adjustments down immediately to keep the headrest from flopping around with the slightest amount of pressure. The adjustments themselves work well, but they are covered by factory preinstalled protective caps that are a pain to remove. The instructions say you should remove these caps with your fingernails, but if I had talons long enough to attempt this the process would probably remove my nail before the caps came off. I had to remove all 4 caps with cellphone repair spudgers. Once I finally removed the caps and made the adjustment I was baffled why they were installed in the first place, as the exposed hardware better matched the rest of the chair which is covered in exposed screws and bolts. TLDR; Great product. They should ditch the screw covers and maybe get slightly nicer looking hardware instead.
