The salt blocks arrived broken, with damaged packaging left exposed to heavy rain on the street. Additionally, the order was incomplete, with parts arriving on different days, necessitating me to wait at home each day. Extremely dissatisfied with the experience.

Good Product and works well with our Kinetico Water softner

I've been using this salt from 2014 .. before I used to use only Harvey and never had any issues... with this one, although it does it's job, you can clearly see it's not pure and it's leaves a mess inside the softner.. also I'm not sure if this damages the unit or not. Gonna change to a different brand.

I ordered the 9 pack of salt and 8 out of the pack arrive with the packages open and the salt broken up. Very very subpar product. I will not be buying again.

This salt was just what I needed and at a good price and the delivery was first class

States Fragile on box, but items can be broken inside. Uncertain at which point the breaks happen. It is frustrating as some of the product was smashed which makes it a bit messy. This is a recent occurrence but I may try ordering from a different company next time. Other than that, the product does the job.

I've had blocks totally falling apart. All blocks were broken into 4–6 pieces. Not buying again
