A great product at a reasonable price.Chia seeds are now part of my everyday life.Usually prepared the night before with Almond milk to make the delicious and nutritious breakfast of Chia pudding in the picture.I usually add nuts and either strawberries, raspberries or blueberries 😋

Great way to introduce fiber to your diet. I have them with oats, alongside dark chocolate which I melt in for good measure. delightful.

I am vegan and wanted to add omega3 to my diet and this is my 3rd order for this product.I take 1 TBSP twice daily in lunch and dinner.I soak this in warm water 1-2 hrs before I take it and then it forms a gel so better absorbed.
