First, I must say that this is the most beautiful artificial tree we have ever owned. Purchased the 7.5 ft tree. I did not order the tree pre-lit. My experience is that when the lights fail it is a major pain to fix/remove/restring lights for the tree. Purchased 4 boxes of LED Constant-On lights and they were less (on sale) than the extra cost of the pre-lit tree. Energy saving and they look amazing.The tree arrived sooner than expected which was a surprise. Sturdy packaging and well sealed. Instructions are included AND it comes with a tree bag (ours was burgundy) and 2 pair of very nice silky gloves that made the "fluffing" go quickly. (2 sizes-small which fit my hands and a M/L for most men) I would suggest, as others have, wearing long sleeves while setting up the tree. The stand looks questionable at first because it is a simple design but when fully assembled the tree is solid. It comes with plastic caps that cover the 4 metal 'feet' (It would still go down if the cat decides to climb it which is why we will anchor it to the wall as we always have since experiencing a crashing tree in the middle of the night several years ago. 😉)First section took 30 minutes to 'fluff' and was much easier than our previous tree. Several branches have 3 independent branches about halfway down the branch from the trunk. Pulling the 2 side branches out and away from the main branch will make a difference. (Think of a 'W'.) This Is what fills the gaps. 2nd section took 25 minutes and the top about the same, but I am short so I had to move the stool around. All in all, under 1.5 hour to get it up was less than expected. Photo #1 is the bottom section. Photo #2 is sections 1 & 2. Photo 3 is the tree simply put together without any detailing. Photo #4 is 300 LED lights and no detailing. I will add the 4th strand and work the lights into the tree. This tree does not have gaps when properly 'fluffed'. It looks just as beautiful as some of the trees I viewed in store that were twice the price. Really glad I made this choice. Thanks to all those who wrote very helpful reviews.

If you are comparing this tree and the cost to a tree you grab off the shelf at a big box store, you can't. I was extremely hesitant to spend this kind of $$ on an artificial tree but can justify it now that it's out of the box and assembled. The quality of construction is evident in the design of the tree simply looking at the wrapping holding the stems to the individual branches. The integrated post "plug" for the lights is also simple and cuts down on SOME of the wires. The 9'6" is actually nearly 10' with the top branch stretched out which was a nice surprise as I assumed it would be a stretch to make it meet the stated height.Nonetheless, the aesthetics of the tree - very pleasing. So many individual branches you can fill any gap but on the flip side it does take time. It's worth it, totally, but if you are looking for a tree you can toss up in 30 mins and it be "fluffed" - this isn't it. The only real critique other than the cost is the lighting - I went with the pre-lit tree and in my mind thought the wires would be more "hidden" than they actually are. Full integration of the wires into the center of each branch would be a great addition for future models and frankly for the cost, an enhancement I hope they make.Overall - quite pleased at the final outcome and support that you can in fact get the actual to quite closely resemble the marketing photos. I wanted a full tree for my wedding dinner as it was a couple weeks before Christmas. I read reviews and got mixed reactions of good and bad. I decided to give it a try as the price was still comparably reasonable to other trees of the same height that boasts them being full and lifelike. I took the gamble and bought it. I got the 7.5" unlit tree and it arrived on time. We opened it and began putting it together without reading the instructions (I'm too impatient for instructions, and figured if I needed a manual to put up a Christmas tree then it would not be worth it). It was really easy to put together, the tree came with 2 pairs of stretchy gloves so your fingers wouldn't get scratched during the fluffing process, I thought that was not needed but was awful kind to include. I'm a bit of a perfectionist and being a professional decorator I got to fluffing out every limb on that tree. It was easy. I wanted a full tree so didn't even realize if the fluffing process was too long as I would take as much time needed to get it just right. I don't recall it being over an hour to fluff the complete tree, but when it was done, I was pleaaaased! The tree was very full to where you could not see through it before applying the decorations, if others claimed it was otherwise, then I would suggest them to fluff the limbs properly. The tree also looked very lifelike and I was totally happy with my purchase.Now, I love to load up tons of decor on my tree and this tree stood to the weight. I also loved that I was able to spin the tree while it stood on its stand, it's almost like it was on a lazy Suzan carousel. I am truly pleased with the product and was happy I decided to purchase it, my tree looked beeeautiful! And so I do recommend others to buy it. I have not tried to fit the tree into the storage bag provided as it is still up, but even if it doesn't fit like others say, it is still a good buy and not a deal breaker for me. I shall be purchasing a couple more trees as I shall be donating decorated trees to some of my top clients, I know they will be pleased.
