The texture is finer and denser than other brands, helping it blend smoothly without clumps or excessive froth. Flavour-wise, the taste is well-balanced at the recommended two scoops (35g), providing 25g of protein. Some may find one scoop lighter in flavour, but that’s because each scoop is 17.5g, not 30g or so like in other brands. You need two scoops for a full serving, as Dymatize simply uses a smaller scoop size—though the protein per 100g is comparable. When using the correct serving size, the cookies and cream flavour is creamy and slightly sweet, leaning more towards the cream than the cookie. It mixes easily, but if you prefer a thicker shake or stronger flavour, simply use less water or milk. The price was great with the S&S discount, and the serving size, protein content, and mixability make it a solid choice. High in protein, low in sugar, and packed with BCAAs, it’s a great alternative to bigger brands—especially if you can grab it at a good price!

Ich habe schon viele Proteinpulver ausprobiert, aber das Dymatize Whey mit Cookies & Cream-Geschmack (für mich schmeckt es original wie Oreo!) ist mit Abstand mein Favorit. Der Geschmack ist einfach genial – nicht künstlich oder übertrieben süß, sondern angenehm cremig und richtig lecker, besonders mit kalter Milch oder ungesüßter Pflanzenmilch. Auch die Verträglichkeit ist top: keine Blähungen, kein Völlegefühl, einfach gut verdaulich – selbst direkt nach dem Training. Es löst sich blitzschnell auf, ohne Klümpchen, und die Nährwerte sind ebenfalls überzeugend: viel Eiweiß, wenig Zucker, ideal für den Muskelaufbau und in jede Ernährung integrierbar. Für mich ist es nicht nur ein Supplement, sondern fast schon ein Genussmoment nach dem Training. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Wert auf Geschmack und Qualität legen!

Trovate in offerta lampo e ordinate subito, se avessi immaginato fossero così di buona qualità ne avrei ordinati direttamente 2. Si sciolgono immediatamente senza lasciare grumi, hanno un buon sapore per niente stucchevole ed inoltre in base alle caratteristiche riportate sull etichetta hanno un ottimo rapporto carbo-proteico. Per me promosse, solo che a prezzo pieno costano davvero troppo.

Es muy buena, me ayuda a cumplir mis requerimientos proteicos del día y es de fácil digestión por lo que no inflama nada, lo que si hay que mencionar es que el sabor es terrible, a mi me encantan las cosas dulces pero esta se pasa por muchísimo, en ocasiones me resulta intomable por lo hostigosa
