I love to cook and eat healthy, so I'm always looking for new kitchen gadgets to help me make delicious and nutritious meals. The Vitamix A3300 Ascent Series Smart Blender has been a game-changer for me. It's so powerful that it can blend anything I throw at it, from frozen fruits to raw vegetables to whole grains. We lived for years with a pretty basic Ninja blender, so this Vitamix is light years beyond what we had before. I've been using it to make smoothies, soups, sauces, and even nut butters. It's so easy to use, and the cleanup is a breeze. The blender is also very stylish, and it looks great on my countertop. I highly recommend this blender to anyone who wants to make healthy and delicious meals at home. One of the limitations is the noise level is pretty high, so don't make a decision to buy this one because it's supposedly "quieter" than the next blender series that's cheaper. Another con is that you need to use the app to use this blender efficiently. The app recipes are great, but when my kids want to make a smoothie, I have to take a break from work and lend them the app on my phone just to do something as simple as this. You also have to make sure the Vitamix container (pitcher) is on the base before you can look at a recipe in the app. Overall, I think the Vitamix A3300 Ascent Series Smart Blender is an excellent addition to your kitchen arsenal even with the limitations of the app.

We have a Kitchenaid food processor that has been running like a champ for 15 years, and I really didn't think that we needed a blender, but we got on the smoothie and juicing bandwagon and cleaning the food processor was too much work every day. We tried a slow juicer and it was a HUGE pain to clean and constantly clogged. Finally, I decided to blow the Christmas budget on this during Prime Day and am thrilled with the outcome. THIS THING IS A BEAST! Not only is it clearly made very well and is going to last a long time, but it will blend ANYTHING that you put in it. I think that I could drop a bunch of nails in there and it would turn them to fine steel powder. This turns a package of celery into a liquid mass in a minute, and then cleans up by simply dumping soapy water in when you are done. Squeeze your celery mass through some good straining bags and you have your juice faster than you could set up your slow juicer. I am glad that I also added the small cups for smoothies and sauces - the container that comes with this is too big for reasonable quantities of sauce or smoothies. I don't use the programming, mostly because this thing is so fast. With time we'll probably try some of the fancier recipes, but for daily smoothies and juicing, just hit go on high speed for 30-60 seconds and you are done. FWIW, the smoothie/juicing diet took off 15 pandemic pounds in 6 weeks, so consider the purchase a weight loss plan and you won't feel so bad about the price.

Bought this for my son as he's a big smoothie maker. With the old blender, we'd have to put one item at a time, stop and stir, add more milk, and start again. It took 10-20 minutes to make a good smoothie. With the Vitamix, it's toss and go. FrEn fruit, yogurt, pb, lid, done. Turn it on and use the enclosed stick to stir and push things down. 60 second later, perfect smoothies. The stick is the perfect size, I never have to worry about it hitting the blades, and it still gets all the ingredients mixed. Wish we had bought this years ago. Quick rinse and throw it in the dishwasher and ready to use again. Nothing to take apart or reassemble later So worth the price.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I had a Vitamix One (which I liked) but wanted to upgrade. I read tons of reviews, compared products and narrowed it town to the 5200 and the 3300. I finally chose the Ascent series 3300, and while it's a nice blender I have regrets. As a single person, the 64 oz container is WAY too large for my needs, and it won't properly blend without a large amount of food / liquid is added. So I ordered a 32 oz pitcher, but found the same thing. Food gets stuck under the blades (even when following the instructions about order of adding ingredients, liquid first ). It requires more liquid and ends up making more food than I want (for smoothies). Food waste is no bueno!!! I think this is an awesome blender for families but wish I would have kept my Vitmix ONE and /or have gone with the 5200. A very expensive tool for rarely using .

Just wonderful and well built. Not as noisy as my previous Ninja blender. Makes great smoothies and soups. Easy to clean too. Follow instructions and you can’t go wrong. Love this thing!

I’ve had many blenders in the past but it the best of all, You get all the benefits fruits and veggies when you make a smoothie. My juice and smoothies are really smooth I am very happy about my vitamix It is pricey, but you get what you pay, high quality products.

I haven't used many blenders but got into smoothies for breakfast about a year ago. I was using an older blender for a while and I finally bit the bullet and got the $60 nutri bullet with a bunch of blender cups thinking it would blend nice smoothies and I could take the blender cups on the go in the morning. I ended up returning that due to leaks and poor blending on some items and after the frustration I figured I would try a vitamix. I LOVE THIS BLENDER. I now blend large batches of smoothies and store the blender container top in the fridge for a few days so my husband and I can pour smoothies whenever we choose. The cap is nice and airtight. The blender itself handles everything very well. Blending kale into oblivion and even does well on frozen coconut which is very difficult to blend. The container is also nice and light which makes it easy to fill with water and dishsoap for the "self cleaning" cycle when you need to clean it. Very happy with this so far! I chose this over some of the older models since I feel vitamix is investing in these ascent models as far as accessories and wanted to have the option to branch out. Can't wait to make a roasted veggie soup in the fall!
