Great product
The product came on time at it was shown on the track record, also the items were good. I still need to see all the details if the customer service really follow my instructions and also the specs of the loptop.But overall the product is working fine.

Not robust enough for regular home usage
Touchpad has stopped working for 4 months of minor usage. Cursor is becoming untraceable and uncontrollable, with random movements. Similarly, some of the keys have started to getting stuck.

1 TB HDD is not present in the laptop. It's just a scam .
