Coopay 9-Pack Aluminum Crochet Hooks with Soft Cushion Grip for Right or Left-Handed, Arthritis Hands, Beginners

I bought these for two reasons1. good reviews2 I needed a comprehensive set of ergonomic hooks. I have spent ages looking at all the different hooks and designs. Somehow this appealed to me.I don't have arthritic hands and I am a learner at crochet. However I found using the standard metal hooks , my hand would get very achy and tense. It became uncomfortable to enjoy the skill of crocheting.Once Ii started using these hooks . Amazingly all the tension in my hands vanished. No stiffness nothing. I was able to concentrate on learning crocheting.I like the design it's simple. One thing which I find very good. The sizing is very clear on the body of the hook. I was confused at first and read the first size. However, I quickly picked up it labelled in both USA sizing first then UK sizing. That's a bonus.When I am crocheting with the hook I find it is perfectly smooth, with no snagging on any rough metal. The hooks are good for me, very comfortable, easy to use.

Love these, so comfortable and light, wish they did something different to printing the size of the hook on them as it tends to wear off

Found these very smooth to use no snagging.The size numbers are nice and clear altogether a good buy.

I have purchased the red set with the roll up case, from the same company and I am very happy with its performance and quality.This gold/black set however is not good, the 2mm hook came with the gold layer badly scratched and is snugging the yarn so much that I stopped using it altogether.

Great crochet hooks .Very similar to a well known very expensive brand .Would definitely buy again .

This were my 4th set in a 60 year life of doing crochet. They are good value for money and it is lovely that the cotton moves easily on the metal and the handles don't move about on the hook, so I would recommend them....but hooks are very personal and I just found my perfect set.

The length of the crochet hook is far too short. Uncomfortable. The rubber handle had a weird smell. I would not recommend these to anybody.
