Alright, here goes it. “It’s awful. IT DIDNT MAKE ME LOSE A BUNCH OF WEIGHT! My gas smells TERRIBLE, it made my wife leave me.” That’s probably the kind of negative reviews you’ve been reading. Good thing this one is realistic and positive. Real review time. I’ll start off saying I’m not heavy set, I have been gaining a little bit of weight over the quarantine though so I figured I should switch up my diet a little bit. I read a ton of reviews and most of them were positive, but the negatives were so off the wall I decided to be very clear on what this tea is doing for me. It tastes great, less time then brewing coffee and no clean up. I take it after I’m awake for about an hour and after about 4-5 days I started to notice my energy levels are different in a positive way. I don’t feel as sluggish throughout my day, I feel balanced and generally more alert. I read that it can help with heart burn, which I was skeptical about but I kid you not, day 1 it came in the early afternoon and my chest was on fire from 2 energy drinks. I decided to drink it immediately and since that moment I have not had heartburn since. that alone is worth the money for me. Also, not to be gross or anything but my bowel movements seem to be more regular and healthy. I haven’t changed what I eat that dramatically, I still have tons of snacks I hoarded during this pandemic and I still eat them daily. Another thing people point out is having to pee much more frequently. I haven’t experienced that, but I do pee a lot in general so that may be why for me. Overall, this product delivers. It makes you feel great, it’s good for you, and it’s a modest price considering you hipsters spend $7 a drink at Star Bucks. Don’t wait another minute, GET THIS TEA IN YOUR LIFE!

I absolutely loved this tea! I am normally a coffee girl but wanted to try something else to give me some energy during the day that wouldn't keep me up all night. The first time I tried this tea was after a long day of work and I still wanted to go to the gym that evening. I had a cup of this tea prior and within 10 mins of drinking it, I immediately had such a nice boost of energy. Not jittery at all, just a really awake and ready to go kind of energy! The way I felt after, I hadn't felt like that in a long time. It was really amazing. After that I was hooked! I love the taste. I don't feel the need to put any honey or lemon in the tea at all, although you can for better taste. To me it tastes like a very light lemon citrus tea. My husband even tried it and loved it too! I highly recommend this tea if you are needing some energy or a kickstart to your day. It does promote fat burning and weight loss too so I am excited to continue with it before my workouts. I highly recommend giving it a go!

I ordered Fit Tea to see what all the hype was about. The reason I gave this product 3 stars is because the tea tastes great! However, I can honestly say I didn't notice any particular changes in my body. As far as a cleanse goes, I didn't feel like i was using the restroom any more or less than I already was nor did I notice any weight loss. I do have to note though, I didnt exercise at all while drinking this tea and am aware that that is probably why I didn't notice any changes. However, given the price range, I would imagine that it would thoroughly cleanse and at least send me to the bathroom - work out or not, but unfortunately it didn't. My experience with FitTea is that its an overpriced delicious tea, that's about it.

I have always been a coffee person but I rarely ever finish an entire cup because #kids but I have for a while now been trying to introduce more tea into my lifestyle and less coffee. Fit Tea reached out to me to try out their tea and I have to say it is really refreshing! My routine has been to drink it first thing in the morning before a workout/breakfast and I prefer to drink it cold since it's so HOT outside! It's quite difficult to for me to drink coffee right before a workout but I have been drinking this tea instead and it provides me enough energy to make it through my hot yoga class! If you are curious as to the benefits of their tea, I can fill you in - it's a blended tea made with organic ingredients (check out their ingredient list) that is supposed to help speed your metabolism, increase energy and help with weight loss. It is also known for improving digestion, boost immune system (especially as we get into the cold seasons).

My husband was rushed tot he hospital with kidney stones and I was looking for a tea to detox his body. I came across Fit Tea and did some research. I took the pludge and bought it and since my husband is a big baby, I decided to do the 28 day detox with him. Its day 7 and I have lost 6 pounds [from 271 to 265 I'm 6'0 ] and 2 ins off off every part of my body and for a 6'0 woman whom loves high heels 6 pounds and 2 inchs off my trouble areas is a alot. Im a tight 14 and a loss 16. I have been changing the way I eat and working out cardio/weights for the past 4 days. I do notice I can stay at the gym longer and I have more engery. The tea is great hot or cold I add honey in my tea and since I work in an office sitting all day I drink this tea all day. I am down to 1 cup of coffee daily and I'm not eating junk. All you need is 1 teaspoon and you good all day . I have notice if I keep the tea in my tea infusser I can get more then 1 cup a day since its loose tea I find I can drink 5 8oz cups of this tea and all off 1 teaspoon so a little goes a along way. I will update my post in 6 more days with my results but so far so good. ****** Update: day 13 I have been eating right going to the gym 3x a week and I feel great I am currently out of a size 16 and I'm in a size 14. Since mussel weighs more then fat its hard to tell you if I lost any more weight however my clothes are much losser and since I have been going to the gym I can see the difference and my clothes are telling me to keep going I will update my review at the end of my 28 days.

Doesn’t taste too bad, first few days it worked (bathroom wise I guess) but I didn’t notice any bloating go down. Not sure if this is the real tea or if it’s fraud. Maybe I should’ve just bought straight from FitTeas website.
