I was having such abnormal bowel movements that I was about to go to the doctor as I thought something was really wrong. I was taking my multi-strain probiotic and things were still very off and irregular. Nothing in my cabinet seemed to help. My friend suggested I try a prebiotic and I had never heard of them. She let me try this one and after three days I noticed a huge difference! I ordered a bottle of this and have been drinking a scoop in water first thing in AM and it tastes mildly sweet but not unpleasant. The only other thing I added was a scoop of Neo-cell Collagen to my coffee which I read can help the gut. I continued the probiotic as well. So far I am feeling so much happier!

I take Klaire Labs Probiotic powder and wanted to go the extra with this as a pre biotic. I take probiotic a.m on empty stomach and take this p.m with food, there is no texture or taste to this. After a while I switched taking them alternating days. I have a great organic high fiber diet never had digestive issues but live in dread of leaky gut and all the issues that can ensue. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else except Klaire for Digestive care.

Doesn’t dissolve in cold liquids. Sits in a lump at the bottom. Won’t order again.

I think I am noticing the benefits of this powder within a few days of starting. It has improved regularity for sure! I feel like I'm 'going' enough now. Once a day before...now sometimes twice a day. TMI haha but I think this is the icing on the cake. I've been taking probiotics forever but never took prebiotics. This is now an important part of my regimen. I take one scoop every morning in my Organifi greens powder.
