Many of them seem to be empty . I have noticed that with their product before Not a satisfactory product

My wife likes the product but out of the 10 times I have ordered this we have had about 12 vials that were empty, no lubrication in the vial. I didn't want to complain but that means I am down 1 1/2 cartons with nothing to show for it. I can't blow my money like this if I am not getting what I paid for.

Water based product only lasts for one day, not 3 as suggested. Many of the applicators were not full. Hardly any product in many of the applicators. Other reviewers point out the same problem. Poor quality control. I would not recommend this product.

The design of the applicator is very poor. The top does not always come right off with a twist around. You will bleed if you think the applicator is ready to use and it really isn’t, I did! The tip is very sharp if the top has not been removed properly! Bend it back and forth, then twist it. Be sure the point is removed before use! The product burns a little and does not last long. Be careful if you use this!
