First impression-good
Product looks great quality. Box is thinner and may need some extra care in the long run but bottle, glass and stones feels very good.

Contemporary style, good quality
This was purchased as a gift for a younger man who appreciates his whisky so I liked that this has a contemporary style and offered something different to the more traditional decanter sets. It arrived very well packaged and was in perfect condition. The wooden box not only helps protect the items in transit, it makes for a really nice gift. As it was for a gift I haven't used the items but they do feel nice in the hand and have a decent weight to them. I feel the value is good for the quality of the pieces and for the overall presentation. The recipient got in touch to say he was really pleased with it and will be using it regularly so I am happy I decided to purchase this.

Utterly awful
Absolutely awful. The lid of the wooden box wasn't even screwed on to the box. The lid was damaged in several places and actually MOULDY in two places. On opening the box, the glasses and decanter were wrapped in tissue paper that was torn, as if someone had already opened and unwrapped them. The glasses were filthy, greasy and covered in finger prints. The decanter was scratched all over. If I could have given this mess zero stars I would have done. A complete waste of £40, and no way could I have given it as a gift, which was it's intended purpose.
