Initially was great, but after 2-3weeks started jamming, so re-locking it became tough/impossible. I ended up having to lube it with lock lube every week, which is not convenient. I did have the lock situated on a gate where rain could fall on it, which I believe may have caused this, but the lock is marketed as weather proof.Finally it came to a point where I had to put loads of lube in and wait hours until it close forceably be closed. I did worry thar it would eventually stop unfastening too.Thown away and purchased a cheaper alternative which is smooth as butter.My advice would be to avoid this padlock.

The lock being reviewed is in constant use at a school. It it very sturdy and opens and closes well as long as it is oiled periodically. The only Achilles heel is that its shiny metal dials reflect torchlight so much that the numbers are close to impossible to read when the gates are being opened and closed during the dark months of winter.
