Q: Can this be used to repair a hairline crack on a plastic stem for a quick connect fuel line?

Michael, I really don't know, but I doubt it. This is not a hardening substance like JB weld. It stays flexible so that parts can be taken back apart again if needed. I would think that just covering the crack in your quick connect line would not be effective. I have only used this product one time so I'm not the voice of experience. My application was to seal between a motorcycle fuel tank and the gasket of the petcock and around the hold down bolts. So far no leaks. However, mechanically for your issue, this does not seem like the proper application as it would not fortify the crack. For the cost of this tube you could source another quick connect. I would not recommend it, or any other liquid gasket material on any carb connections.

Q: Will this seal the bolts in my triumph speed triples gas tank.?

Used it on the threads for my pressure regulator fittings and my fuel pump fittings so far no leaks

Q: Will this work in combination with a fuel pump gasket ?

I used it to seal a plastic spout to a mounting ring for a 5 gallon gas can. The spout came from another gas can and I cut it to size. Unfortunately it wouldn't seal, until I added a bead between the two components. I let it dry for about a week when it hardened. It's worked for at least 2 years without any leaks. Good stuff!
