Fantastic icing mix. Tastes great and blends up in minutes. Who knew royal icing could be so easy to prepare? I made a lot of it for a gingerbread house decorating party and it was a hit!

I am super impressed with this mix! I love the simple, clean ingredients, especially because every royal icing is full of crap in stores. Super easy to customize colors- for anyone looking to do natural coloring, here’s what I did! Blueberry juice (microwave frozen blueberries with a little water, mash, strain) for purple (add a teeny bit of baking soda to the blueberry juice for blue or a bit of lemon juice for pink), rose and beet powders and tart cherry juice for pink and red, matcha powder for green, cocoa powder and vanilla for brown, orange juice and a tiny sprinkle of turmeric for yellow, and a single drop of the blue (made from the blueberries) to brighten the white. The icing hardens up really nicely and is a great texture for eating and looking. The mix alone with water tastes nice too! I used milk in my white icing and it turned out well.

This royal icing is very good quality, good ingredients. The texture is great and is easy to mix up. I think it is too expensive though. I am going to try other brands but this one seems to have the best ingredients.

I love this mix! I found this mix after discovering that my long-time go-to, Wilton Color Flow powder had been discontinued. It worked tremendously well and easily. The taste was fantastic! I highly recommend this product!

This icing is amazingly good and easy to use, works well for beginners! I used some to make cookies for a party and everyone loved them. There is no weird aftertaste and even after sitting for hours the icing didn’t get hard and crumbly. The thickness and consistency is perfect. It’s work the value. The 8 ounce bag iced about 12 cookies and made a cup of icing. It has a matte finish when it dries. Definitely buying bigger next go around.

First time using this and glad I went with this. I needed to save some time coz I had to do a bunch of other desserts along with these120 cookies and this bag gave me the right amount of icing with a little extra. Easy to work with considering cookies aren’t my forte lol. They taste good too!

Dries with nice finish, no "extra" additives. It's easy to control and not finicky about consistency like some of the royal icings on the market. When you don't have time to make a ton of it, and don't want any to go to waste (only mix what you need to use), this is a very good option. Add favorite flavor and it's great.

Flavor not so great. Be sure to add clear vanilla extract or other extract of your choice.
