It’s good to use in abondoned building or where ghosts are. The ghost will move the ball if it’s inrested so it’s a cheap ghost reader I guess.

We were so excited to get this for our cat. However, the tracks don’t go together. The back is misleading. You can’t build anything but a square or rectangle. The balls get stuck and the cat lost interest in seconds. Not to mention that one of the tracks didn’t even come with a set of balls.

I ordered the initial track for our kitten and was very pleased with the product quality and design and was inspired to order another track to expand, as the back of the packaging shows. I searched online to see if there was a specific expansion pack available and found nothing, so I purchased a 2nd track, assuming that was the only option available to me. When I received it today, I was incredibly disappointed to find out that all of the corner pieces are the exact same, which means that they physically cannot be connected in a way that would allow for an "S" curve, as it is advertised on the box. This means I'm either out the money for the 2nd track, as I surely can't return it now that I've ripped the box apart (since the packaging is so poorly planned out that you have to tear it apart to open it), or I have to buy 4 more tracks to make the large track that doesn't have any S curves. Looks like if it's Nerf or Nothing... I get nothing this go around.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great toy but my cats want to play with the balls outside the tracks because…..well cats

Product doesn't hook up like the packaging shows/advertises. I even purchased two sets to connect together

My cat is not at all interested in this device. It is smaller than it looks in the picture. And the balls are hard to get in and out. I contacted Hasbero about getting more tracks to make it bigger and more interesting for the cat. They said they didn't personally manufacture it and referred me to someone else who never followed up. So it is what it is and for my cat it is worthless.

We picked one of these up from a local store and my cat loved it instantly. So we hopped online to order more track. Like everyone else we quickly discovered you cannot possibly attach them in any shape outside of a square so we ended up cutting off the tabs for one of the corner pieces. Took two minutes and now we can make any configuration we want. Definitely a design flaw to have to cut pieces to get it to work but for the price its okay.

Bought the track system because they show all these neet type of designs that can be built. You can't do them with the one kit, so bought a second kit. All the pieces are just straight or curve, but the conecting buttons are all the same and fixed in location. So, after even buying a circle kit, none of the designs that they show on the box can be made. You can do a circle and the basic oval and that is all. If that is all you want you will be okay, but if you want any variaty you cannot do it with the pieces they provide.
