I love the Oscillating multitool and was heartbroken when it died while using it 8 months after purchase. However, it was so easy to contact the seller and Icy the seller contact that I dealt with was awesome and made the process of getting a replacement sent easy and without having to wait til they received the faulty one back. Nor did I have to send it at all. I just needed to take a video to show them how it wasn't working and show that it wasn't the battery causing the issue and from there they had thought they would need to get it from China and would take up to 20 days then surprised me by telling me it would come from an Amazon fulfillment center with all new accessories to boot within 5 days. Véry pleased and got more than I expected since really only the tool itself should be replaced since the battery was fine. Icy was great with being ontop of the whole process and communications with me. The new one came within 3 days. Thank you Icy and co. It's a great tool and been using the new one plenty since I received it. Making my life and remodeling easier!!!

I don't know how I managed without this saw. I've used it to help with so many projects around the house in just the 2-3 weeks I've had it. It was really easy to figure out how to use and it works on several types of projects/materials. A couple of the blades did break at one point, but the seller sent me out replacement blades right away and were so helpful and kind about the whole thing. I really appreciate the customer service!

Tool operated great. Used up the 2Ah battery in a about 45 min using it to cut thru Stucco and into foam block with a Hercules diamond half moon attachment from Harbor Freight Tools. Switched to 4Ah battery to finish up the project for another 1 hr. an did not run out of power. Bag had a Frayed pouch so I returned it. The sanding tool attachment would not slide between the tool attachment slot. The tool attachment opening was to small for the circular opening for the attachment. Hopefully this company gets the sanding attachment straightened out. i will likely likely have to purchase on locally at Harbor Freight for $10-12 US Dollars. Other than these flaws the tool operated great.

My husband has been using these for a year and he loves them. Very easy to use great quality light weight comfortable to handle great value for the money they fit great in our lives for whatever we need done with these tools.

Do Not Purchase this Junk Product!! I used this item on one project for ONLY... three days at roughly 0.5 hours of actual run time usage per day, when this item began to intermittently stop working. The fourth day of using this item, it stopped working for good after 10 minutes!!! The Seller absolutely refuses to replace the defective item, even though the item was within the warranty period and Amazon did not really provide any impactful assistance in this matter!!

Awesome, still on first charge

I used it for one day and it worked flawlessly. Lots of power and the the battery held up for the whole day. I don’t know about the future, but for now I would highly recommend this tool. It came with a traveling bag and many other blades A+++++
