Nothing like it works great easy to use actually makes a difference its truly a wonderful product it wont take your fat away but will definitely tone your abs and give you great results

This is the new version of the Flex Belt. I had the old version for a decade before it died. This new version works well (so far at least) although the stimulation is not as powerful as the old version. The max power setting is 100 while the previous one went to 150. It uses the same pads as the original, so they need to be replaced after a month or so (depending on how often you use it obviously) The belt is good to augment your normal ab routine, but it's not going to get you a six pack on it's own. I tried a number of other ab belts sold on Amazon and returned them all because they didn't provide a good enough level of stimulation. This one is much better, although it is more expensive than the others.

i absolutely love this I haven't had it for a while but I have confidence I will be able to tell a difference.

Doesn’t tone abs. Feels like the little electric tingles work. But it’s just that it just gives you the illusion of toning. Nothing else. This comes from some one who used it for months at the highest setting. Goes into the Garbage bin. Don’t waste your money.

I had one before that I used daily while on the treadmill or doing abs PT. It's great, you can adjust the strength & build up over time. You will see results if you keep it up.
