Been using this bag for 3 years now for light workouts at work. Still in great condition and seams are still holding strong. No frayed areas in stitching. The handle is very comfortable for extended use. Seems well built. I do keep it in a drawer at work which may help save it from falling apart.

I don't know if these things have undergone a different manufacturing process or a change in material type, but I purchased 4 of these (2x 10lb and 2x 15lb) and every one of them had the seams falling apart on first use. Wouldn't recommend unless you're using them very lightly.

Use it daily. Sometime do exercises that require me to throw it or swing it. Sometimes I stand on it while lifting other weights to make balancing harder. Has worked very well with no damage for at least four months.

Actually this design caused back ache for me.. I went back to using dumb bells.

These are awesome! Great for kettle bell exercises and others. Nice comfortable handle.

This is my first attempt at using any weight in my workout, and I am hooked and impressed! I can feel the difference!
