#1 All Systems Pure White Lightening Pet Shampoo, 16-Ounce

I show Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and can be picky about our grooming products. I'm a fan of most of the #1 All Systems products and the Pure White Lightening shampoo is no exception. The product can be diluted and for general bathing purposes, you can do that and make it last longer. However, if you are truly trying to whiten a coat before a show or because it is stained, I would recommend using the product without diluting. I put it on fairly heavily and then leave it on for several minutes. Be sure to rinse thoroughly. It is not a bleach, so it is ok if it touches other colors. Cavaliers have both dark and white colors in their coats. I try to use a regular shampoo for the dark parts, but do not worry if this runs over from their white. This is a nice product that does it's job.

If you have a dog with white hair that gets stained, this is the product for you. I purchased mine for the first time about 5 years ago. It actually bleaches the white hair after 3 minutes which it is then promptly rinsed very well (see directions on the bottle). White Lightening comes in concentrate where it can be diluted to about 5 times the volume (5:1 mixture with water). It also comes ready to use (pre-diluted). Make sure you read the description carefully to see if you are getting the concentrate or not. It is not intended to be a regular shampoo. It WILL bleach colored hair! Be careful! This is a true hair bleach. Most other "Whiteners" are actually "bluing" shampoos where the white hair absorbs the blue color of the shampoo which gives the illusion of being white - not a very good illusion IMHO. If you truly need to get rid of the stained white hair, buy this.

Finally a whitening dog shampoo that actually works. Left my silver Havanese and my white & chocolate Shihpoo looking fabulous and their hair oh so soft!!

VERY IMPRESSED! I have tried other high end brightener shampoos but they left our Mini Schnauzers fur tangled and straw like. All systems shampoo has a light fresh smell and leaves our Bella's fur soft not a tangle in sight and very bright! I couldn't believe the results after the first wash and I didn't even let it sit on her fur! I also like it that the shampoo isn't blue or bluing. I will definitely buy this shampoo again.

Brought my puppies back from filthy dirty to white. It took three washings but they’re both back to white now and they look great.

I used this years ago for my white cats and they came out beautiful. Now, I started using it again, and well this time, Im not getting the same results I did before. Maybe they changed the formular????

This shampoo was recommended by his breeder who has won many Maltese best of breed shows. It does an incredible job of whitening but leaves his coat soft and silky. We love it!

This stuff really whitens dogs with coats. I have a Maltese and a Shihtzu. They both get stain's around their feet from playing outside. This stuff turns them white again.

I haven't try it with my white cat but tried it with my Tabby, the smell was not there after bath. I hope it will work with my white
