Really happy with the quality of this item, it is very sturdy and strong so very effective in easing muscle tightness. It is also a lot cheaper than many alternatives but I would also say better quality than many alternatives. The bands that were included were also an added bonus

It’s pretty solid and stiff! But it’s rolls and has free stretch bands

Very poor flimsy product. Core snapped within a few months
This is not fit for purpose. Doing exercises recommended by physio to ease muscle pain in hamstrings. Very flimsy and the inner rigid core cracked after a few uses. A whole section has now fallen out.
