Excellent flashlight
Its a flashlight.....pretty straightforward. Comes with different colored filters if you want to change the color of the light. For the price you can't beat it.

Know what you’re buying
This is an inexpensive (cheap) angle head flashlight with a design similar to the NATO angle head flashlight. The body is made of plastic and it uses 2 C batteries and not the metal body and 2 D batteries of the genuine military flashlight. It uses a regular incandescent flashlight bulb so it’s not very bright compared to modern LED’s. It has all the same design features of the military flashlight. 3 position switch - on, flash button, and on. The flash button works as it should. Sits flat on its base and has a hanging hook that recesses in the base. It has the tail cap with extra lenses, red, green, blue, and yellow in addition to the clear that came installed. It has the steel clip on the back that allows you to clip it to your belt or other gear and still shine forward. The o rings for the lens are very cheaply made, the o ring for the base cap is okay. The clear lens had some sort of fogging or fine scratches on it, but the other lenses were okay. I purchased this for several reasons. I have a lot of C batteries lying around and nothing to use them in. This was half to a third the price of any other C battery flashlight I could find on Amazon. I’ve never owned an angle head flashlight and I wanted to try it out. I don’t have any red light flashlights so I immediately installed the red lens. It met my needs and I didn’t have an expectation that it would be the same brightness as a modern LED or that it would have the build quality of a military flashlight. I knew what to expect when I bought it, but I took 1 star away for the fogged/scratched clear lens.

Cool little one
It is surprisingly smaller than I expected but it’s very practical in size and illumination is pretty good.

Cheap, but you know that
You know this is a cheap item already. It is. I was ready for that. Positive is it does work as advertised. Switch is honestly pretty decent (it’s 3 setting, btw). Four additional filtered lenses of questionable value are included, in the base. Negatives are the o-rings are warped and barely function as o-rings, and that the black bulb holder literally doesn’t thread correctly into the cone base, but does thread in just enough to keep the bulb in place, which is good enough for it to work. Do not get this light if your life will depend on it. Fine for a costume or as a backup that may or may not ever be needed. Fine as a 2nd (or 3rd) camping light, or to give to your kids so they can have one of their own, that you won’t mind if they lose.

It works and can be easily serviced.
Product purchased used for under $6 and it arrived defective. After fixing the contact points it works flawlessly, not the same build as a Fulton but it’s a good clone. Four basic color filters R/B/G/Y (not the same color density or set as the Fulton original) functional spare bulb under battery negative contact spring, 3 switch positions, o-rings are cheap and the plastic threads are concerning. All this said, if I’m buying a cheap flashlight it’ll be this one. The lenses can be replaced with 32mm dia. 1mm thick watch glass, battery conversion for AA or AAA, threads can be covered with teflon tape, o-rings replaced, bulb upgrade to led. The reflector is different higher profile then the mx991 so the height of the bulb body isn’t problematic like it is on other lights (no shadow throw). Modify to your needs imho it’s the same thing just smaller lighter and cheaper manufacturing. I’ll buy again, repair and upgrade.

Didn’t work at first but I was able to fix it easily.
Didn’t work at first but after a little bit of messing around I got it to work. Other than having to tinker a little this flashlight is good for the price, it’s lightweight so nothing fancy but it works well for why I bought it.

It's a novelty item
I'm writing this review based on my first impressions upon opening it from the package. This is not a survival/emergency flashlight. If you're looking for something dependable, I suggest you look elsewhere. That being said it's a nice novelty item. Good enough for cosplay or to give to a child. In terms of brightness, it's about the same as my mini mag incandescent flashlight. It's not bad, but you can't focus the beam, and in my case there was dark spot in the middle of the flashlight which is a bit annoying. It's neither a spot or floodlight, but rather somewhere in between. It comes with 5 lens in total. Clear, red, yellow, light green, and blue. It's true that the colored lens block some of the light and make it less dim. The clip is sturdy enough to support it's own weight. The flashlight body is made of a cheap plastic which makes it lightweight, but I'd imagine it'd also break easily. If your flashlight doesn't want to turn on, I suggest you tighten the head and bottom end as it requires both to be extremely tight to work. In my case the threads were all the way down, but it didn't turn on until I torqued down the housing to ensure a tight fit for the circuit to work. I really hope that this bulb doesn't burn out quick or drains my batteries fast because if it does, then this flashlight is complete junk. I'm hoping that at the very least that it lasts as long as my mini maglite. I wouldn't buy this again, but I'm not so upset that I'll bother returning it......at least not yet anyways. You get what you pay for and if you want an incandescent flashlight just get a Maglite.
