Calibrite ColorChecker Classic: Colour Chart for Photography and Filmmaking

Does what it says on the tin I know that getting accurate colour swatches has to be done carefully - but extortionately expensive.

A cheap bit of card with some colours stuck on it, and poorly aligned too. This item is a scam, just look at the photo - what a joke... *Edit 6th Feb 2025* After emailing a uk rep from Calibrite, and sending them pictures, it seems this was a legit item, but from a batch that had a manufacturing fault. I have since got an Amazon refund and will purchase the item again with the assurance this isn’t a scam after all. I shall report back…

C'est sûr, c'est un produit obligatoire quand vous travaillez avec DaVinci Resolve. Ça simplifie tellement la phase technique de neutralisation de vos clips. Mais bon, ok, le produit est nickel et on sent que les matériaux sont choisis avec soin, mais quand même le tarif est un peu excessif au final.

This has helped me fast track my color grading! It works perfectly with DaVinci Resolve.

Overall good product and worked for my needs, but it is to expensive. You need to take care of it: easy bends and must be really carefully with color blocks (dont touch them with wet fingers and so on): I put white paper sheet on color checker and forgottenly I put on it bigger book on it. Later white sheet was like sticked to one of the colors and when I took it off there was left blue color on white sheet. So be careful it can band, it can ease scratch the colors and I assume if some water spills on it it will be not usable anymore.
