Instant Pot Pro 10-in-1 Pressure Cooker (8QT, 0) and Tempered Glass Lid (10.2-In, 8-Qt)

We finally bought one. And it's amazing! We cooked a whole chicken in about 30 minutes. It's a major Time Saver and the food's delicious.

Was a gift I bought for my daughter when her original IP died. Like all the other IP products, it performs beautifully. Easy to use. We made baby back ribs for it’s inaugural use. Delicious and clean up very easy. My daughter and her husband are thrilled. They love the look of this IP. The handles on the inner pot are great as is the pressure release mechanism. And the 8 quart size is fabulous. Truthfully, I’m kind of wishing my IP would die so I can get this model. 😉

I really like the handles on this pot. I had another brand of electric pressure cooker without them and am happy to have them, they make it easier to handle the pot during cooking, serving, and cleaning. So far I have used it for making SIBO yogurt (100F for 36 hours) and it is easy to control the temperature and time, and easy to turn off the alarm sounds. I have also used it to saute vegetables and meat for making soup and then slow cooking. Looking forward to trying pressure cooked recipes too.

Does everything it says it does and more! Love it! Absolutely no complaints! First recipe was homemade split pea soup.......amazing!

After about ten years, I bought this 8qt to replace the first one I had ever bought. I also have a 6qt. Use them multiple times per week.
