Can you install this without removing the exhaust pipes?

I guess it depends on what you're wanting to wrap. If You can freely get the wrap around the Exhaust I don't See Why Not. It has excellent wrapping properties. I guess I would say what Are You trying to Wrap? You can wrap Headers On Or Off The Car. But if course It would be easier to wrap your Headers while Off the Car. I hope this helps you out.
