Item shipped to me was not inside a box, dried out, and used. what is this? feels like i got scammed.

Has a sticker on it saying intended for sale be cvs pharmacy, if found elsewhere call.. smells very off, this is my usual foundation but this one is obviously dodgy- don’t order from Amazon!

I have many complains about this product but the main one is that was very cakey and considering the price that’s just disappointing. I would also like to add that the packaging is very inefficient and messy to use.
