AN ABSOLUTE MIRACLE IN A BOTTLE!!! I was due for ACL and full knee reconstructive surgery, and after a week of this product I am walking around just like I did before I was injured. To make a long story of an unknown ligament tear short, my fiancé has been battling pain in his inner knee that would pop in and out of place. At my line of work he was able to get a free xray and they said it looked a if he had a torn meniscus, but with hi line of work, he has to be on his feet 8 hours a day in the hot sun going up and down latter’s and stairs in CONSTANT pain. I cannot say for sure that these helped speed up my healing process but I felt that it was worth trying. After slipping on the step up bar climbing into my husband's truck, I felt that I'd torn something at the front of my shoulder. It was not very painful, but was nagging and didn't seem to get better after a couple of months. I started taking this supplement along with their salve and began physical therapy. Although, I am not pain free yet...I can see improvement. I would recommend this product to help with healing and possibly prevent further invasive treatment.

I was gonna give these three stars as I was using them for six weeks and didn’t see any difference whatsoever. However, I’ve had to go up a star because recently I’ve seen a difference small but any relief of pain is a good thing. I would’ve given it five stars if I knew for sure, these pills were creating a difference and not the phase of the moon. Ps Updated 60 days later updated to 5 stars. Ok not sure but my doctor had recommended a shoulder replacement. I had the x-ray and the CAT scan and was all set but using these pills over two months time I’m at least 70% better. Still have some discomfort, but certainly no need for a shoulder replacement. I see my doctor next week. I have to tell him the operation is off, at least for now. These pills? Well I’m not doing anything else. Seems so, but it took 2 months. Give it time.

I got mixed results, while I did notice it help improve my muscles, it also seemed to cause some vasodilation issues in the chest area, and that was with their recommended 3 pills at once. If I try it again, I'll definitely only try 1 pill a day just to see what it does.
