I love that we are being given more sustainable options for our everyday needs, but yes— These are smaller than your average composition notebook. Composition notebooks are easier to recycle because you don’t need to remove the spiral binding like you would the other, so these are a great alternative. Binding looks great! Vibrant colors and I appreciate the college ruled paper. If you’re okay with cutting down on the size (giving yourself a more portable option) in order to leave less of a carbon footprint then I think you’ve found your winner 🫶🏼

Overall a great notebook. I like the size and color options.

Overall these are great notebooks. My only wish as that the cover/back was a bit more robust. They look great but aren't quite as sturdy as I had hoped. That said, I will buy these again.
