seem solid enough, just plug and play, use with iMac and laptop, comes with and adapter and is straight forward to use. Will update if needed.

Bought this as previous Sony XQD swallowed card and could not be ejected, so although it worked very likely to damage card to remove it. Chose this reader as the card had a lot of the card outside of the reader, meaning it was impossible to be jammed in. would have preferred a longer cable, but accepted this shortcoming.

This is a great solution for those of us with XQD cards. Works with my Mac Mini and iPad Air 2022. Lightroom recognised instantly for easy transfer of photos. I use it almost daily.

Superb item which arrived quickly. The USB lead is rather short though - (approx 100mm) which might be a problem for some. But you can easily purchase a longer one on this site.However for this low price you cant go wrong and the card reader was blisteringly fast via a spare USB-3 port. I loved the fact that it was capable of operating with multi-cards, all at the SAME time and even copying data back and forth to each card!You wont regret your purchase from an honest seller via Amazon - Top notch!UPDATE! - In response to reading another Amazon members review stating that this card reader overheats I disagree with that statement as mine was fine. Unless of course he or she had a duff reader. 5 stars all the way.
