I like dipping my toothbrush with toothpaste on it into bicarbonate soda and brushing my teeth. It gets the stains off and leave them looking brighter. I like this product because it's bicarbonate soda without any additives; it's cheaper without being a name brand, and it gets the job done.

This brand seems to be one of the best for purity. Aside from conventional uses, I like to add this to my water daily (1/2 tsp) as it helps alkalize the body, aids in post exercise recovery, and reduces muscle fatigue. Add some to a bath with magnesium flakes (Epsom salts) for a weekly detox.
