My other brand of aloe was no longer available so I did all of the research to make sure I got a good quality aloe. I use this for skin support as aloe is very good for collagen. Seems to be high quality. I have no side effects or issues with this.

This is excellent for those with IC. I do not like the taste of the liquid Aloe Vera Juice so this is the perfect alternative

Aloe is super good for your body and helps with digestion and clears my skin.
