After 13 months, I had a problem with the camera shutting down right after powering up. After troubleshooting, I found that the cable going to the rear camera was causing the problem...I think it had a short by one of the connectors. When I removed the cable, the camera worked perfectly. I contacted support, and they got back with me right away. Although they had no separate cables to send me, they offered to replace the entire camera set. Customer service counts for a lot with me, and they really came through for me. The camera is user friendly, with easy to navigate menus, and has very good video quality from both the cameras. I am able to read license plates of cars both in front of and behind me. I don't think I could get a better camera for the money.

Poor Quality. Just lasted 5 months . No longer powers on! I wrote product customer support and they said they do not warranty it anymore and at best, wants me to buy another one at 60% off?! IMO, Stay away from anything made under the Izeeker brand

I purchased this to replace a dash cam that I was having problems with in regards to it constantly resetting to factory defaults. So far the features and quality seem to be far superior than my old dash cam. All of the wiring is sufficient in length to install in my Subaru. It also comes with the tool to help tuck the wires neatly behind your cars trim. Custom service has been extremely helpful. I inquired on how to purchase the additional wiring harness that provides 24hr power for the parking monitor feature and they are sending that to me free of charge. I will update this review once I've had more time driving with the camera. Update 12/22 Downgrade to 4 stars. Product seems to still be good but customer service wasn't the most helpful. Never received the wiring harness for the 24hr parking monitor ability. Customer service was very confusing. I originally inquired as to how I can purchase it. They offered to send me one for free. After a few days they said they would send me a tracking number once shipped. A few days after that they asked if I would like a code to purchase one. I said that would be ok. A few more emails asking if I wanted them to see if they could get one on Amazon. 8 days of confusion. I purchased another company's harnes. Much faster than trying to coordinate with them.

I bought this dash cam and had one issue with it which was caused by my cigarete lighter (I did not hardwire the camera, I opted in to plug it in via my cigarete lighter). I wrote to their support at [email protected] and they immediately wrote back to me. I recommend them as their support is great. Regarding the camera, it is a great camera after fixing the issue with my cigarete lighter, it has been working great. Also, it is very easy to pull the video from the dash cam to review and the features on the dash came are easy to use, I really recommend it.

I've have 2 of these and I've been using them since 2022. For some reason the newer one just rejects the sd card randomly and says it needs formatted. Normally i would either pull the card out and put it back in and it would work fine. Other times i would have to reformat the card using a computer. This most recent time however, it just won't format. I've tried different cards, 2 computers, nothing will get this thing to record videos now. When you plug this into a computer, it's a "read only" style of files so you can't make any changes to the files or formatting with a computer. It can only be done through the device itself. I don't think they were that great to begin with. Since 2022, both my vehicles have been involved in 3 accidents. I only got footage from one. It records before the accident and after but won't record during. I plugged it into a computer and checked all the files, nothing. Which leads me to the next problem i have, i set it to turn on when it senses motion whether the vehicle is on or not. The cameras will just randomly shut off while i'm driving and won't come back on unless i manually do it, then sometimes it stays on, other times it just shuts off again. I don't really understand why it does this, the sensor is sensitive enough to pick up and record when i open the door to my garage but can't pick up when i'm driving. Getting footage off these thing is a nightmare as well. It uses MPEG style files. Computers and phones will read them but it only shows audio with a black screen, no video comes through. I keep an old phone around (Samsung S7) that's able to read and play the videos. From there I can upload them to wherever and download them onto a computer and then they will work. I recently found out you can download a app called "VLC for android" and play them directly though that. The "izeeker' branding is a repackage. These are "Apeman" brand dash cams, it will tell you this in the files when you plug it into a computer. I reached out to the seller to advise and i'm waiting to hear back.

This device was good for a while. Was hard to delete old files. Read instructions and still no good. Contacted the company , they sent better directions, once again it didn’t work. Contacted them another time and was told to remove sd card, use the link they provided for a software update. That didn’t take on the device. Now with it plugged in and driving, it turns on and off by itself. I believe it to be just shy of a year old. As you see in the attached photo, I press the button to stop recording, it won’t stop. At wits end here. Would I buy again….. probably not

I have gotten this dash cam and have been using this for a couple weeks now. First time purchasing dash cam and it has been a great experience. Great value for the price. Great quality and the dash cam looks stylish in the car. Almost ran into an accident and got to keep the footage because of the cam. would definitely recommend this to everyone. Easy installation and so far awesome customer service. Gotten a couple follow ups from the team to make sure everything is going smoothly.

It's a dash cam, does what it's supposed to. Picture quality is great, menu is easy to access, card goes in/out easy. Night vision, well, unless you're running some military grade NVGs, it's as only as good as your headlights. The only complaint is the mount. I like that the camera has to slide to secure it to the mount and the suction cup works well. It's the adjustment for up/down. Mine is either pointing too high or down just a bit too much. Still see what you're supposed to, just don't need to see that much of my hood. The teeth for adjusting could be more fine than what they are. Also, it rotates way too easy. If you are adjusting the power cord along the roof line, you'll probably rotate the camera. It needs the adjusting teeth to stop that. It doesn't. Not a deal breaker but still, I've had cheap cams with a better adjusting mount. Still, overall, quality of the cam is great, doesn't feel "cheap" and appears to be well made. Definitely worth a look and if you can get this on sale, go for it.

Fantastic set for the price. Picture quality is decent, rear camera lens has multiple positions for flexible mounting. My only gripe is the software. My old camera would enable\disable it's "Parking Mode" depending on whether it was plugged in. With this camera I have to dive into the settings every time my car needs to move or park. Setting the mode switch to a long button press or another shortcut would eliminate my only real complaint. Overall I am most pleased, and would happily buy again. Ps: had a question for their support team. they were awesome.

I decided to upgrade my dash cam including a rear cam, I picked this one since it is not the cheap looking rear cam and you don't need to wire it with the car wire. The installation is really easy and simple. The price is also quite reasonable. The Dash cam wasn't really working when I first installed it, so I contacted the customer service, they responded the next day and it turned out the issue is with my memory card (from previous dash cam), but they still provided me guidance on how to check and properly format on a new card that I purchased after, everything works perfect now. What an excellent customer service.

EDIT: Customer Service from this company contacted me to offer me "help" from my "financial loss" of the accident, by this they mean giving one of this unit free of charge. For their credit, the customer service in the beginning was very nice and helpful. However, after a while, customer service emailed me non-stop about changing my review from one star to five stars, as their job depended on it. But it wasn't the same person signing the emails? Irrespective of customer service tactics, sending me a flawed product free-of-charge will not change the fact that it is flawed. Now all I have to show are some new paper weights, and a customer service team filling up my spam folder. Sorry, giving a product free doesn't change it from being one star. I am now happy with another dash cam that cost $200. It actually loop records and saves video. Now I don't need to be worried about a dash cam I purchased, whether it is actually doing its sole purpose or not. ORIGINAL: I bought this dash cam because Amazon site said it was $200 regular, $100 on sale. I thought this was quiet a steal, considering the majority positive reviews. I was on the 401, merging for DVP. Suddenly, this car cuts me off, hitting my front bumper with his rear bumper. A hit-and-run. I thought I’ll just hit “emergency record” on the dash cam, and file a lawsuit when I have the license plate and evidence. When I get home, the only saved videos I find is from weeks ago when I setting up the dash cam, and from a few days ago when I was idle on a phone call. The only looped recordings were from a few hours earlier (it didn’t even record my drive home since then). I would think that a dash cam claiming to be capable of up to 256GB microSD recording could record more than 4 hours of literal parking lot idling. Keep in mind, I’m using a Lexar 633x 256GB microSD. There are many things I am willing to compromise on for a dash cam to be cheap. Build, connectivity, ease of use. But I, and I hope all drivers, will not compromise on the core functionality of a dash cam - to record and save a video. I normally don’t write reviews, I just had to warn others of this terrible product. Within the last few weeks, this product has reduced in price and had increased in coupon savings. Now I can see why. I want everyone reading this to take this away - take the $100 you would spend on this, and save another hundred. A $200 dash cam would be worlds better than this parking lot recorder.

Camera does what it is meant to do, quality is decent for the price, setup was easy, and the menus are easy too. Only problem was the back camera, all of a sudden it stopped working and whenever I plugged it in, the whole thing would turn off. I then contacted costumer support and they were great, they answered quick and sent me a firmware to try and fix the issue. Unfortunately it didn’t work so they shipped me a new one. We’ll see how it goes when I receive it.
