Good
Very comfortable. I don’t like firm pillows so I always have problems finding a good one. It’s literally the perfect amount of firm/soft. I don’t get a sore neck etc. seems like good quality, and I appreciate the pillow case that comes with it. I think it’s worth the price.

Finally
I never ever write reviews but with my search for a good pregnancy pillow I relied so heavily on reviews I need to share my success with this pillow for others! Let me preface this with the fact that I’m 29 weeks pregnant and have been an avid belly and back sleeper so sleeping on my side since week 20 has been an ADJUSTMENT. The first pillow I got was a U shaped. I hated it… too difficult to get out of when I had to pee and was lumpy and just blah. Returned it for a j shape with one side being a wedge for my belly. It was more comfortable because I could use my own pillow but I still rolled onto my back and had hip pain at night. Next I tried the double wedge, did research and it seemed simple and was supposed to stop rolling onto the back. I could not get comfortable and I still rolled onto my back.. Velcro didn’t stay together. Finally last ditch effort researching best pillows to prevent hip pain and rolling onto back I came across the c shape and thought I’ve tried everything else I’ll try one more. FINALLY. I was crying in the night with hip pain only at night because my body isn’t used to side sleeping and pressure on my hips and I was so uncomfortable and getting no sleep but all that has ended with this pillow. It supports my back so nicely and keeps me from rolling over onto my back. It gives support between my legs without a loose pillow always falling on the floor. I do use a little wedge (the one from my j shape pillow) to support the belly and I stack it up on a slight incline but it’s so comfortable and I’m finally making it through the night pain free. THANK GOD. If you’re like me and struggle to sleep on your side, this is the pillow. Your search is over! Don’t spend 9 weeks playing around just get this one. It’s not lumpy or cheap feeling it fills out nicely without being giant you’ll love it.

Very Comfortable Pillow For Side Sleepers (Even Men)
I’m a 6’ tall 220lb man and this pillow has been the best $40 I’ve spent on sleep ever! It’s excellent for side sleepers! I have the whole Medcline pillow and wedge setup that was around $300. Gave up on the wedge a long time ago but loved the memory foam body pillow. Unfortunately I t’s really heavy and I needed a pillow that I could pack to travel with for 2 weeks. I bought this based on the mostly positive reviews, the fact that it’s huge and only 6lbs. It came tightly wrapped in a vacuum bag that only took up about 1/4 of a suitcase. I bought another packing bag to compress it back down to travel home with. It is so comfortable that I ditched the medcline pillow now and use this now all the time. It’s not super densely packed but it provides plenty enough support between your legs. The cover is very soft and comfortable too. It fluffed up pretty quickly both times I have unpacked it now and used it almost right away. I’ve been using it for about 5 weeks now and it has held up very well. They sell replacement covers if it wears out but at this price I don’t have a problem just buying a whole new pillow at that point. You can’t put a price on comfort when you have sleeping troubles but after have it used this pillow for over a month now I would gladly pay 3 or 4 times as much for this pillow. You can’t please everyone but I would guess the negative reviews for this pillow are people who don’t have a major issue getting comfortable sleep. You owe it to yourself to at least try one of these pillows out!

Comfy and necessary
I read so many pregnancy pillow reviews before purchasing this one and was overwhelmed trying to pick the right one. At 12 weeks, I started having back pain when waking up in the morning. Throughout my pregnancy, the back pain just became a constant and I would be sore basically all day everyday. This pillow was not a miracle pillow but I'm not sure any pillow could've fully relieved the amount of back pain I was experiencing. As my belly got bigger, I was using the pillow to wedge under for more support, and it is really comfortable having the C shape to wrap your legs around. I was glad to have this shape vs a U shape because I used the opening of the C as my "exit" to get in and out of bed. This came in handy especially at the end when I was getting out to pee every hour. I am 5'3" and gained about 25lbs during pregnancy. The length was good for me but I think if you are taller, the fit would definitely be different and the bottom C portion could potentially be annoying. I think my biggest complaint is that the stuffing would easily get bunched up, based on where my legs or belly were, so every time I washed the pillow case I would try to give it a good fluff to redistribute. Having read the millions of pregnancy pillow reviews before this one, I would definitely still recommend this pillow and buy it again if I needed another.
