just received, so not tried it yet but; be aware this is not a 30 day 'daily' supply as mentioned here. as per direction on product provided, 4 a day = 24 servings. however, they do state only for workout days. let's see how well it works, fancy bottle though.

1 Month in and I’ve definitely got stronger! I lift 3 times a week and I’ve been able to increase weight every week for the past month easily! I was lowkey shocked but after doing research into this product, how it works and the science behind it I see a HUGE difference. Although it’s pricey I can admit this product really does work, I can only imagine this product in the hands of those that a really gym guys!

I've tried countless supplements. Most of them don't work. I take it for 2-3 months and see if I notice a difference. Then I stop taking it and see if I notice a difference. After I started on this I noticed a difference after just about 2 weeks. A little bit more muscle mass, and faster recovery. I'm in my fifties so I need every advantage I can get, and this definitely helps.

I will update accordingly, I take only 2 tablets (clinical dosage is 4) I thought this was a placebo effect the first 3 workouts but it wasn’t. 5 workouts in and I have had the best workouts in that stretch. I noticed more reps and stamina. New soreness in my muscles as well. I only take half the dosage required and I’m noticing a difference. I will update in a month and give further feedback but so far so good. Second update (June 26) I upped the dosage to 3 tablets a few weeks ago, eventually I’ll be at the full 4 tablets. I have noticed my weight in most workouts increase a good amount, if this was a placebo I would have noticed it by now. This has helped me break plateaus I previously had issues with, for example iso preacher curls previously the end of my progressive overload I would finish with x4 of an individual 40 pound dumbbell, I’m finishing 4 reps of a 50 pound dumbbell 4-5 weeks later on this stuff. I won’t put every workout in i do and how much weight I’ve added but I have added a good amount of weight onto mostly all my lifts. The stamina is through the roof as well. I’ll post another update in a month or so.

I have used a 3 bottle cycle 4 times over the past 2-3 years. What everyone needs to know is that you need to follow the 6 days on 1 day off and you have to train hard. This is not a miracle in a bottle - no supplement is. You have to put in the work and what I find when I take PA7 is that I have additional stamina for more reps at a higher range, or higher weight when I am prioritizing that style of training. I also feel a little leaner whenever I am on it - usually around the 3 week mark through the end. My recovery time is better and I feel no side-effects. I think it is a great product and recommend to any seasoned lifer or HIIT folks. If you go hard and follow the instructions you will notice a difference all without the potential damages or side-effects of pro-hormones.
